Complaints

We at the International Financial Center Company are keen to allow all our customers to exercise their right to submit a complaint through any of the following means:

General Notes:
The complaints form is available on our website www.ifc.com.jo.

The complaint will be responded to within (10) business days from the date of receipt of the complaint unless the nature of the complaint requires a longer period than that. In all cases, the time period for responding to the complaint will not exceed (30) business days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
The customer has the right to resort to the authority or the judiciary if he is not satisfied with the company’s response to the complaint submitted by him
The following complaints will be excluded: (complaints in which lawsuits are pending before the court or for which a judicial ruling has previously been issued, complaints related to labor and union issues, complaints that do not contain the name or information about the complainant, customer inquiries and suggestions, complaints that contain abuse, defamation, or threats Complaints related to anti-money laundering and terrorism financing issues, complaints that have previously been submitted and responded to unless they include new matters that can be investigated, complaints that are submitted by means other than those mentioned above.
